Returns & Refund Policy

At Sheet Fab, our products are made to order with care and attention to detail. We want you to be happy with your purchase, so please read our returns policy below.

Returns

You have the right to cancel your order and return most items within 14 days of receiving your order. Once you have notified us that you wish to return an item, you then have 14 days to send it back.

Items must be returned unused, undamaged and, where possible, in their original packaging.

Unless the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, the customer is responsible for the cost of returning the item.

Custom & Personalised Orders

Products that have been made to your individual specifications or personalised specifically for you cannot normally be returned or cancelled once manufacturing has begun, unless they are faulty or not as described.

Please note that simply being manufactured after an order is placed does not necessarily make an item a personalised or custom product.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible with your order details and photographs of the issue.

Where appropriate, we will arrange a replacement, repair or refund at no additional cost to you.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will process your refund using your original payment method.

Approved refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned goods, although your bank or payment provider may take additional time to show the refund in your account.

Original standard delivery charges will also be refunded where required by law. Any additional amount paid for an upgraded or express delivery service may not be refundable.

Natural Finish & Manufacturing Marks

Some Sheet Fab products are supplied in raw, grained, polished or mirror-finished metal. Due to the nature of the material and manufacturing process, minor variations in grain, finish, colour or appearance may occur.

These characteristics are not considered faults unless they significantly affect the quality, function or advertised appearance of the product.

To request a return or report a problem with your order, please contact Sheet Fab with your name, order number and reason for contacting us.

We’ll aim to get back to you as quickly as possible and help resolve the issue.
